Normal and Myeloblastic Leukemia
The image on the left shows normal blood smear with Wright's stain at 100X magnfication with just a few white blood cells visible in this field of view. The image on the right shows myeloblastic leukemia. The high number of immature myeloblastic cells is clearly apparent even at this low magnification.
